Honey and Lavender Biscuits

3 cup flour
1/3 b cup of raw sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup of butter
2/3 cup butter milk
3 tbsp raw honey
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/2 tbsp lavender
Preheat oven to 425'F.
In a large bowl whisk together sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
Cut cold butter in chuck and put in flour mixture and mix until crumbly. Make a well in center.
In a small bowl mix butter milk, honey, vanilla, and pour into well in flour mixture.
Blend until dough is soft and then add lavender.
Roll to one inch thickens and use any cookie cutter.
Place on nonstick cookie sheet and bake to 10-15 minutes or until golden brown.
